I have practiced yoga for 20 odd years and having tried lots of styles and classes, I attended a Katy Broomfiled's classes for several years and really enjoyed her style and inclusive approach. After taking a foundation course with the British wheel of yoga to deepen my understanding and practice, I felt it was the right time to further my training to become a teacher.
I like to offer a class which nourishes the mind, body and soul with introductions to breathing and meditation as well as the physical poses - asana. I hope my students gain tools and skills that they will find useful in every day life and carry with them in challenging times.
In some ways yoga feels like a good friend on the journey of life. A solid companion in the ups and downs. Yoga has been there for me through the tears but also through the laughter and light!
